NETWORK OF PASTORS AND CHURCH WORKERS WORLDWIDE 

Below is the information for those who want to start Pastors network in their localities. This will enable them to know rules or guidelines for such formation. There should be online fill and submit Form for it.

GUIDELINES FOR ZONE, DISTRICT, PROVINCE 

AND STATE FORMATION 

ZONAL FORMATION AND ADMINISTRATION 

Zonal Formation 

STAGE —1 

1. Membership: Pastors/Ministers of God and Church workers 

2. Participants: Membership should not be less than 15 people 

3. Venue: The Venue should not be a personal residential, but a public such as a church auditorium or office space 

4. NOPACWW must not be attached or be a subsidiary of someone church, fellowship or ministry but an independent Christian Association comprises of other Christian associations, organizations and churches. 

STAGE-II 

PRE- INAUGURATION 

1. INSPECTION: The District (NOPACWW) Executive (Mission Department) delegates will visit and conduct inspection as stated in stage 1. 

2. The District Mission Department will present their findings for the District Executive, who is empowered to approve or disapprove. 

3. The District Executive will make an official visit to the zone before inauguration. And before the District official visit, the following would have be done: 

i. Official letter from the zone, inviting NOPACWW District Executives visit to the zone. The letter be addressed to the NOPACWW District Mission Director. 

ii. Such Zone be prepared to bear the cost of transportation and other expenses of the visiting District Mission Director or representative(s). 

iii. The nominated names of zonal executives includes the zonal minutes of the meeting be submitted to the District Executive through the District Mission Director or representative(s).

6. FINANCIAL SECERTARY 

7. PROGRAMME LEADER 

8. COORDINATOR MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION 

9. PROTOCOL/ CHIEF USHER 

10. MEMBERSHIP WELFARE OFFICER 

11. PRAYER LEADER 

12. WOMEN LEADER 

13. MUSIC/CHOIR LEADER 

4. POINT TO NOTE 

In the situation, where a zone could not provide the above 13 officers at once, the District Executive will chose either five Principal Officers or Mobilization Committee to manage the affairs of the zone for the period of three to six months by the time they would have produce credible candidates to fill in the vacant posts. The FIVE Principal Officers are: 1. Chairman 2.Vice Chairman 3.Secretary 4.Treasurer and 5.Financial secretary. They will serve as MOBILIZATION COMMITTEE, this committee will not be less than five (5) and more than (9) nine and should be odd number for the sake of voting in any issue so that the consensus could be reached. 

STAGE-III 

SCREENING OF ZONAL EXCECUTIVES 

1. District Executive will provide Membership-Screening Form B to the zone through the (District) Membership Chairman. 

2. District Membership Chairman and his representatives will screen the nominated 

Zonal executives members. Disqualified nominated candidate(s) be replaced and screening process maintained. 

 

STAGE-IV 

ZONE INAUGURATION 

i. There would have be zonal meeting of the intended zone for not less than FOUR consecutive times. 

ii. The minutes of such meetings recorded, typed and printed out. 

iii. The attendants of the last two meetings must not be less than 15 Ministers, pastors and church workers. Etc 

iv. Those intend to be members must have filled and submitted their registration Form and MEMBERSHIP FORM 

v. The Zonal Executive or Mobilization committee screen and approved 

vi. All the conditions as stated aforetime are met. 

 

DISTRICT FORMATION AND ADMINISTRATION 

District Formation 

STAGE —1 

1. There must have be not less than five fully established/ Inauguration Zones 

2. The Zones must be vibrant and functioning 

3. There must have be at least two districts programme carried out, by which all the Zones fully participated. 

4. The eleven 

5. Provincial Mission Director or representative(s) must have be in attendant in one of the District conference 

6. There must have be formation of District Executive Council, which consists the Chairmen and the secretaries of the Five Zones 

7. The venue for quarterly NOPACWW conferences/Seminars etc. must have the capacity to accommodate all churches including their members, families and other participants. 

8. There must have be at least one or two district conference organized by the District administrators 

9. The District administrators must have write the Provincial Executive formally, about their intention to officially commission the District 

10. The nomination and submission of the proposed 19 District Executive members must have be submitted to the Provincial Executive through the Province Mission Director 

11. The Provincial Executive must have formally approved their proposal for commissioning. 

 

STAGE-II 

PRE- INAUGURATION 

1. INSPECTION: The Province (NOPACWW) Executive (Mission Department) delegates will attend one of their District general programme. 

2. The District Mission Department will present his findings and observation to the Provincial for final assessment, who is empowered to approve or disapprove. 

3. The Province Executive will choose the day of the District inauguration. 

4. The District will bear the cost of transportation and other expenses of the visiting Provincial Mission Director, representative(s) and other officials from the Province.

PROVINCE FORMATION AND ADMINISTRATION 

NOPACWW Province is the representative of the NOPACWW State (Region), and is directly under the supervision of the NOPACWW State Council. 

The following conditions have to be fulfill before it could be recognized as a Province under the State (Region) 

The Province consists of 10 departments, with major objective to co ordinate and maintains all the activities of the three districts under it. Province is to make sure that the grassroots (Zones, and the Districts) are active, expand and united under the umbrella of NOPACWW) Condition for Province Inauguration by the Region (State) include the following: 

1. The Province must have Three VIBRANT Districts 

2. It must have both the financial and physical capacity to host and co ordinate Provincial Conference Twice a year 

3. To be appointed as a Provincial Executive member, the candidate must have worked with a proven success in the NOPACWW grassroots level. 

4. Must have a proven integrity in marriage, finance, human relation with good testimonies in the ministry.

STATE/REGIONAL FORMATION AND ADMINISTRATION 

NOPACWW State officers are the chairmen and the Secretaries of all the Provinces. Unlike, Zones, Districts and Provincial executives that are elective by the immediate superior executives over them, one automatically becomes the member of the State/Regional Executive when he or she becomes the Province Chairman or the Secretary. They are the coordinators of their State/Region NOPACWW. They meet as need arise basically about the development in their state NOPACWW affairs. The National executive will conduct their election into various offices; as stated below:

NATIONAL OFFICE FORMATION AND ADMINISTRATION 

NOPACWW National officers are National Coordinators of NOPACWW in the country or Nation they represent. 

Unlike, Zones, Districts and Provincial executives that are elective by the immediate superior executives over them, The National Executive members are 12 NOPACWW Representatives, selected by the Head Office (Canada). And this is done by the leading of the Holy Spirit. They are chosen from different countries and continents. 

The National Executive is the direct supervisor of the State/Regional Council.

This consists of FIVE people. They are international Board of Director of NOPACWW which included the President, The vice President of the Association.
